How much does assisted living cost?
The appropriate rate depends on the type and level of support a resident needs. We provide an exact all-inclusive monthly quote after a brief conversation and care assessment. The quote explains the services included for your loved one's plan.
What is included in the monthly price?
The all-inclusive monthly rate covers a private suite and bath, chef-prepared meals, help with daily living from 24/7 caregivers, medication management, housekeeping and laundry, and the full activity calendar. There are no surprise add-on fees.
What's the difference between assisted living, memory care, personal care, and respite care?
Assisted living supports independence with help during the day. Memory care adds cognitive support, familiar routines, and safety-focused care. Personal care is more hands-on help with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication. Respite care is a short stay for caregiver relief, recovery, or a trial experience. You can also compare every care option side by side.
What does "physician-directed quality oversight" mean?
Nursing staff are on site 24/7. The Director of Resident Care Quality is a licensed physician who is on call around the clock and on site most weekdays. He directs safety monitoring, staff training, and daily quality rounds. Residents continue to use their own personal physicians for medical care. Read more about the care model.
How big are the homes and the suites?
There are six residential homes, each shared by just 16 residents, on a 72-acre pecan orchard. Every suite is private and accessible with a large private bath and room for a resident's own furniture, décor, and framed photos.
Can residents keep their own doctor?
Yes. Residents keep their own doctors. Our physician directs the quality of the care around them; residents continue to see their personal physicians for their medical care.
